It works with patented radio frequency technology, making it much more user friendly compared to traditional remotes using line-of-sight technology. The RF technology in the PC Media Remote allows the user to run their PC’s music or movie software (WinDVD, Windows Media Player, Mac DVD Player and iTunes for Windows) from up to 100 feet away. Another great feature of this remote is that it is designed to be stored in your computer’s PC card slot.
