Hi, I was just wondering if you had any information on when the Alienware Orion Messenger Bag (not backpack) will be available to ship. I ordered the bag from dell and they keep putting the date back because they are not getting their supply from you. I very much want this bag but may have to opt for something else if I do not get mine soon. My Alienware laptop is better suited to this bag due to its weight and size but need something to carry it around it sooner rather than later. Thanks, Heather

Chuck,
Thanks for your e-mail. We have a few cases that will fit exactly what you are looking for. In fact we just release a new Netbook Briefcase which will accommodate computers up to 13”, with ample room for additional accessories like DVD drives, etc. Click on the Netbook Briefcase page for more info. I can make several more recommendations if you like. Feel free to contact me directly. Thanks Chuck.

Iris,

Thanks for your comments regarding the SlipSuit sleeve packaging. It really was intended to keep the sleeve clean on the retail shelf. It was not intended to keep after purchase. However, it is built strong enough to last if you did want to store it. We appreciate your feeback. If you have any additional questions e-mail directly at mo@mobileedge.com. Thanks.

Matthew Olivolo

Hi Matthew,

I wanted to find out about carrying your products on one of my websites.

I am wondering if you work with smaller retailers as well as the larger stores such as best buy?

I am also wondering if you work with smaller, Canadian online merchants?

I would love to hear back from you.

Thanks.

I just received a SlipSuit that was ordered from Dell (which is where all of the computers come from where I am currently employed). It is a very nice case, and comes in very nice packaging - but since the very heavy duty plastic envelope it came in is zippered, does it really need a hole in it? People could feel the material by slightly unzipping the zipper, and the plastic package would be more protective without the hole.

When I first looked at the package I thought 'Cool - a great storage bag' - until I realized it had a hole in it. I mean, you've put a regular zipper in this bag, and it can't really be reused for anything. It would make a great bag for packing cables, batteries, etc. Too bad it has that big hole in it.

I love my Paris backpack--I have the one in black & grey, but the material got wet after sitting on a wet cab floor and now I have an ugly "water stain" on the fabric. I'm thinking about getting the Onyx or TPS, but would love something in a brown. Any other colours and styles coming out?

I have to applaud Mobile Edge for your women's line. I have always found the dull, over-the-shoulder black laptop bags to be uninspiring. I found them ugly and if you are carrying a few books or files, the uneven weight distribution hurts the shoulder/back. I love the professional-looking backpacks. The weight is evenly distributed and my hands are free to grab a coffee, answer the phone (which is conveniently nestled in my shoulder strap) or pull larger pieces of luggage. There is nothing else as stylish AND comfortable for the female business traveller. Keep up the great work!

Tina,

Excellent question. The ScanFast backpack does fit 17" laptops, but does not have the trolley strap you are referring to. Both the ScanFast Briefcase and Messenger Bag have the trolley strap, perfect for placing on rolling luggage cases.

The Alienware laptop that you have is an excellent choice. We are the exclusive manufacturer to make Alienware Laptop Bags. Check out our Alienware page on our site: http://www.mobileedge.com/laptop-bag-collections/alienware

If you have any other questions feel free to contact me directly.

Matthew Olivolo

Do any of the "ScanFast Checkpoint Friendly Laptop Cases" for laptops with 17" monitors have a Back slip for stacking on wheeled luggage ?

I travel/fly everywhere with my large laptop (Alienware m9750). These back slips have saved my back. :) Been travelling with heavy laptops for over 10 years, now. :)

Respectfully yours,

Tina V. Wright
